  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

Address Errors

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@silkenmuse.art within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
